The Sun Eventually Sets: A Victorian History Podcast would explore nineteenth-century British history through an innovative and engaging means. I would really emphasize storytelling to convey the research, and maybe focus on those individuals who may not have received a lot of popular attention. These individuals could be an avenue to explore larger historical phenomena and events that the audience would be more familiar with, very much like a case study. I would also ideally like to include guests to come in and have a conversation about the topic. I would aim at an audience that is both general and academic, and that might be the greatest challenge. Well, that and the audio effects: what music to use, what effects to use, how to immerse people into Victorian Britain through audio.
